Our Story

It all started with a little Springer Spaniel named Nissa who would be the love of a little girl's life, my life. After begging for a dog for what seemed like an eternity Dad would finally bring home the cutest little liver and white English Springer Spaniel puppy full of spunk and devotion for not only me but for any puddle of muddy water she could find. She went on many adventures with our family including, hunting, fishing, camping and swimming, Nissa would spend almost every day of her 13 years by my side. We could not have asked for a better dog, and she was what started the devotion we have for the breed. My father and I have raised English Springer Spaniels since 1991 in the open skies of beautiful Montana where I was born and raised. Having 30+ years of experience with the breed our love for Springers expands further than just a dog. They are our pride and joy and have given us more love than any breed of dog we have ever owned. We are an honest family and strive to produce quality bred English Springer Spaniels for family and hunting companions. Big Sky Springers has come a long way through the years, and we could not have done it without all of the wonderful families who have put their trust in us!
